Mentor Qualifications

Basic Qualifications for a Mentor Couple

1. Be in a stable married relationship for 10- years or more

2. Have a loving and growing marriage (though imperfect)

3. Have a heart for other couples

4. Attend a training workshop

5. Take the Enrich Inventory

6. Be open to sharing their story of the ups and downs of marriage

7. Have the time to devote to the couple at hand

Commitment

1. Have the time for training and meeting with the new couple. This is about 12 hours per couple.

2. Opening to on going training in the marriage field

3. Yearly training or workshop (we can assist with this)

 Process

1. State an interest to our office or to a pastor or to another mentor couple

2. Contact our office and arrange an interview with the director

3. Take the Enrich course

4. Attend the training

2. A stronger relationship with your spouse

3. Have a positive impact on other marriages.
